Job Responsibilities:
As a Service Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in supporting employees, providers, patients, and vendors by managing customer inquiries and service requests. You will:
- Respond promptly to inbound and outbound service requests through phone, email, chat, and web portals.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Digital, Human Resources, and Payroll, to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure that tasks are completed within the required timeframes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and work towards quick resolutions, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with team members and customers.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle sensitive information effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to manage competing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with common computer applications and the ability to type 45+ words per minute.
- A focus on maintaining confidentiality and complying with privacy regulations.
