What You’ll Do

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all technical support requests, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our technology infrastructure, supporting tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and more. Here’s what your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Logging and categorizing incoming IT support requests and assigning priorities.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for Mac and PC users.
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Deploying and managing software applications and updates.
  • Collaborating with the IT Director to implement IT improvements.
  • Developing technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Communicating with empathy to resolve technical challenges effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in MacOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and SaaS applications.
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus.
