What You’ll Be Doing:
- Primary Level I Support: Handle software and hardware issues, escalating complex cases to Tier II & III.
- Knowledge Base Management: Create and update SOPs and best practices.
- Virtual Meeting Support: Assist with Zoom Meetings and Webinars.
- Access Management: Manage IAM tools and document access processes.
- Process Improvement: Refine internal processes to boost productivity.
- Service Monitoring: Ensure SLAs and metrics are met by actively monitoring service queues.
- Collaborative Projects: Participate in team meetings, projects, and provide timely updates.
What Success Looks Like:
- Timely response and resolution of support requests.
- High customer satisfaction ratings for completed tickets.
- Meeting objectives related to projects and initiatives.
What We Expect from You:
- 1-3 years of IT experience.
- Proficiency in Mac OS and iOS.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with JAMF, MDM solutions, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Atlassian, and secure identity cloud services like Okta.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
